I'm Mady

Matthias Frank, aka I’m Mady, is a producer, DJ and live artist known for weaving together moody downtempo, slow tech, organic house and deep minimal into immersive, groove-driven soundscapes. Guided by organic sound design and a spirit of exploration, his music unfolds through texture, emotion and carefully shaped atmosphere, balancing movement with introspection in equal measure.

Alongside his artistic work, I’m Mady is also part of the Art Of Downtempo A&R team, contributing to the discovery and development of new voices on the fringes of slow electronic music and helping shape the label’s future direction.

Diereva

Diereva is an electronic music project exploring sound as a living ecosystem — layered, fluid and interconnected. Blending field recordings, analogue synthesis and live improvisation, the project creates tactile, cinematic soundscapes that move between ambient and organic downtempo rhythms.

Behind Diereva is Gigi Giustiniani, a documentary filmmaker whose work across Africa and South America informs a practice of deep listening and sonic storytelling. With roots in classical violin and electric bass, and a later shift into electronic instruments, the project bridges acoustic sensibility with immersive, evolving sound.

zijn — the Dutch word for to be, to exist — is an electronic sound artist whose path has been shaped by music as both inheritance and inner calling. From early experiments with old CD players and techno tapes, he developed a language of sound that moves like a healing current through the infinite Now, weaving downtempo, melodic and hypnotic tones into organic, immersive landscapes.

Rooted in a permacreative approach, zijn creates immersive journeys that feel both deeply personal and expansive, resonating with the label’s vision of music as a space for authentic expression and inward evolution.

Arula is an electronic music producer, vocalist, DJ and sound healing facilitator whose work awakens the senses and deepens connection to self. Der EVA is a Hamburg-based DJ and producer active in the electronic music scene since 2019. As the founder of Slow Punchhh, he has developed a distinctive downtempo sound shaped by slow-burning melodies, hypnotic rhythms, and immersive emotional depth.

With each release, he continues to refine a stripped-back yet expansive sound, defined by cross-genre experimentation and texture. His music unfolds with a cinematic pull, drawing listeners into shadowed, immersive spaces where detail, groove and emotional tension do the work.

DJ, producer and live performer, Cedro is a pioneer of the downtempo and midtempo scene in Mexico, crafting sets and productions that open portals to introspection and healing. His music leads audiences into immersive experiences marked by mysticism, sensitivity and a deep emotional undercurrent, resonating with the contemplative spirit of slow electronic sound.

Apart from releasing music, he is the founder of Nativa Records, a Mexico City–based imprint dedicated to multicultural downtempo and organic electronic music, as well as a local event platform nurturing this evolving scene.
